What type of information do we hold?
  • We gather and use a minimum amount of information for essential purposes such as admin and communication.

  • Email address - directly or through our website. This is used to keep in touch with news, events, and offers, either because you have contacted us with an enquiry or because you have opted-in to our mailing list.

  • Name – We use the name you provide, which doesn’t have to be your full name.

  • Postal address – occasional for essential admin like invoicing (required by HMRC) or to send you something you’ve requested by post.

  • Payment information – it’s a legal requirement that we keep a record of the payments you’ve made for our products and services.

  • Dates of birth – not collected as it’s not required for the services we provide.

  • Phone number – occasionally we may ask you to (optionally) provide your mobile number. We never use this for cold calling, only to keep in touch when necessary.

  • Hand-written notes – We make notes to help to track and support ongoing coaching sessions. These are kept to a minimum, your full name is never used, and you can ask to access or have these notes at any point. We hold all notes securely in our offices.

How do we store personal information?
  • We hold a master mailing list for contact purposes, stored on platform, where our website is hosted. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. have confirmed that they are compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

  • We hold a password-protected spreadsheet copy of the master mailing list for backup purposes on my personal computer.

  • For tracking event attendance, we hold a list of names and dates which may include amounts paid.

  • Your information is never shared with any 3rd parties, unless we have explicit permission to do so from you.

How do we communicate with you?
  • Occasional newsletters are issued to you if you have enquired or subscribed to received updates.

  • Arrangements for coaching and training events are usually by email / online.

How can you access, change or have your information removed?

Tracking and Cookies
  • uses a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. The purpose is to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

  • We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
